• Oversee go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and strategic initiatives—from conception to market impact.
• Collaborate with Product on roadmap planning, providing market and buyer insights that inform decisions rather than merely following them.
• Define, direct, and continuously enhance a team of PMM AI agents focused on competitive monitoring, content creation, and sales asset development—expanding their autonomy while upholding quality standards.
• Manage the sales portal and all enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, ROI frameworks, demo scripts, and objection guides—often creating these documents yourself.
• Assess the impact of all PMM initiatives and promote ongoing improvement based on data and feedback from the field.
• Gauge the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and drive continuous enhancements.
• Specify segmentation, personas, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) with sufficient accuracy for Sales to act on them promptly.
• Conduct sales training and messaging workshops to ensure the field remains sharp and consistent in their messaging.
• Develop and implement the customer marketing strategy—lifecycle content, advocacy programs, and expansion campaigns—to enhance retention and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee partner marketing, including onboarding and training partner sales teams, creating partner-specific enablement resources, and supporting co-selling efforts.
• Create customer-facing content such as case studies, whitepapers, website copy, webinars, and thought leadership pieces—maintaining a high standard of quality and clarity.
• Sustain a robust competitive intelligence program featuring comprehensive battlecards accessible to the entire GTM organization.
• A minimum of 8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a senior individual contributor or leadership capacity.
• Proven success in managing end-to-end product marketing for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise products—not merely executing someone else's strategy.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities: capable of crafting a concise executive narrative, a detailed solution brief, and an engaging sales one-pager, with an understanding of their distinct purposes.
• Extensive knowledge in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, with a talent for translating complex technical features into clear, buyer-focused value propositions.
• Strong grasp of enterprise sales processes, buying committees, and the intricacies of selling in regulated sectors.
• Practical experience in developing sales enablement materials that are effectively utilized and yield results.
• Proven capacity to lead and motivate small teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders without reliance on headcount or formal authority.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools within a marketing context—whether for content creation, competitive analysis, workflow automation, or orchestrating agents.
• Strong skills in competitive research and market analysis; able to anticipate industry movements before they occur.
• Highly self-motivated: able to set your own agenda, manage uncertainty effectively, and consistently deliver outcomes without needing direction on next steps.
