This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the category narrative, positioning, and messaging framework.
• Manage pricing and packaging strategies across the portfolio based on various use cases.
• Lead efforts in market and customer intelligence, focusing on market dynamics, ideal customer profile, personas, and competitors.
• Oversee the release-to-launch process, which includes naming, positioning, go-to-market strategy, and enablement.
• Collaborate strategically with Product throughout the development lifecycle and roadmap.
• Direct competitive strategy, conduct closed/won analysis, and enhance sales differentiation.
• Equip go-to-market teams with narrative assets, first-call presentations, and portfolio-selling support.
• Manage the Customer Advisory Board, relationships with analysts, and advocate interactions.
• Drive product adoption, pipeline growth, expansion, and adoption results in collaboration with Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Partner with Marketing to effectively communicate the product narrative and customer success stories.
• Assess outcomes through metrics related to product adoption, market awareness, pipeline growth, expansion, win rates, competitive displacement, annual contract value, attachment rates, and expansion.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing.
• Demonstrated success as a product marketing leader who has established and managed the function while achieving results.
• Strong preference for domain experience in demo automation, sales/buyer enablement, revenue technology, or go-to-market/product-led growth SaaS.
• Experience in marketing to pre-sales, revenue, and marketing leaders is preferred.
• Strategic expertise in positioning, pricing, and market strategy.
• Ability to influence executives, Product, and Sales as an equal peer.
• Proficient in utilizing AI for research, messaging, competitive intelligence, enablement, and analysis.
• Capability to set objectives, evaluate performance, and leverage data for results assessment.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, able to clarify complex concepts across written, video, and in-person formats.
• Proven history of bold and creative messaging.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining a fast pace.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Possess a good sense of humor.
