This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the company and product messaging framework across web, content, demand generation, and sales channels.
• Convert technical product specifications and market insights into narratives suitable for customers.
• Work alongside the Content Marketing team to shape content strategy and streamline the buyer’s journey.
• Manage buyer personas for Automox’s primary ideal customer profile.
• Oversee the complete product launch process, including tiering, cross-functional kickoff, enablement, and asset creation.
• Collaborate with Product Management for roadmap contributions, customer and market validation, and launch preparedness.
• Lead the competitive intelligence initiative, which encompasses battlecards, win/loss assessments, competitor tracking, field alerts, and competitive enablement.
• Direct pricing and packaging strategies, including SKU structure, tiering, and monetization strategies.
• Conduct pricing research and benchmark against competitor prices.
• Provide sales and customer success enablement resources such as talk tracks, objection handling, demo scripts, one-pagers, and certification materials.
• Assist in marketing technology alliances and OEM partnerships, including joint positioning with integration partners.
• Gather customer proof for use on the web, in sales, and during campaigns.
• Occasionally travel to events.
• Manage and mentor the PMM team.
• Establish team strategy, priorities, and operational processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role overseeing PMMs.
• Ideally possess experience in B2B SaaS security, IT operations, or endpoint management.
• Proven track record of leading product launches that meet pipeline and adoption goals.
• Strong technical understanding, capable of demonstrating products and translating technical features into unique messaging.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills; able to establish credibility with executives, sales teams, customers, and analysts.
• Practical experience in running competitive intelligence programs and converting insights into sales victories.
• Direct involvement in pricing and packaging decisions, including SKU strategy and the monetization of new products.
• Must successfully pass a federal, state, and county background check.
• Must undergo a local in-person verification process.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Automox is currently unable to sponsor work visas.
