β’ Convert intricate AI capabilities into straightforward, compelling customer value that resonates across various segments.
β’ Drive go-to-market strategies evaluated by adoption and ongoing usage, rather than merely the launch event.
β’ Take ownership of the market aspect of the customer lifecycle β crafting the narrative that transitions someone from βI tried itβ to βI canβt stop using this.β
β’ Implement experimentation-driven initiatives: each program is based on a hypothesis, a signal, and a learning cycle. Our approach is characterized by weekly learning cycles rather than quarterly planning intervals.
β’ Streamline traditional launch processes β including release notes, enablement decks, and internal communications. Your team operates beyond the automation threshold.
β’ Equip Sales, Customer Success, and our partner ecosystem with effective positioning, proof points, and conversation frameworks that enhance discussions and conversions.
β’ Cultivate a market presence that positions ActiveCampaign as the benchmark for autonomous marketing β establishing thought leadership, proof points, and narrative formats that solidify our stance.
β’ Lead a Product Marketing Management (PMM) team of outcome owners who manage strategic priorities with the same rigor as Product Managers handle product areas β complete with backlogs, experiments, and tangible impact.
β’ 8+ years of practical experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Product Strategy within B2B SaaS or AI-driven technology sectors.
β’ 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in guiding PMM teams β focusing on building or transforming a function, rather than mere management.
β’ A product-strategy mindset: you approach market impact with the same consideration that exceptional Product Managers apply to product-market fit.
β’ A solid history of driving adoption and retention results, beyond merely launch metrics.
β’ Proven capability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
