• Collaborate with executive leadership to create and enhance the product vision and strategy.
• Convert business strategy into implementable product roadmaps featuring well-defined milestones.
• Perform market and competitive analysis to ensure our products not only meet but exceed industry standards, including those established by leading AI-native and proptech companies.
• Clearly articulate trade-offs in the roadmap and justify the features the team is intentionally not pursuing.
• Evaluate where AI and automation genuinely enhance the product against the costs, complexities, and risks they introduce, and incorporate that assessment into roadmap and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Lead and supervise a team of product managers, designers, and related personnel, establishing clear objectives and expectations.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and high performance through impactful leadership and mentorship.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of product management staff to create a high-caliber team.
• Enhance the team's ability to evaluate AI/ML feature quality prior to launch — including analyzing model performance data — ensuring decisions are based on evidence rather than enthusiasm.
• Guarantee timely product delivery through efficient planning and coordination with engineering teams.
• Direct product development priorities and resource distribution, ensuring optimal use of personnel and budgets.
• Monitor product performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to improve product offerings.
• Establish accuracy and reliability standards for any AI-powered feature before its release, and postpone or hold a launch if these standards are not achieved, even in the face of scheduling pressures.
• Continuously track the accuracy of AI-powered features in production with the same diligence applied to other product metrics, given the regulatory implications for our customers' data.
• Manage the product management budget, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.
• Plan and allocate resources in accordance with strategic objectives and financial goals.
• Act as the primary product evangelist, articulating the product vision and value proposition both internally and externally.
• Build robust relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and backing for product initiatives.
• Directly represent the product to enterprise customers who are industry experts (e.g., sustainability directors, facilities managers) rather than software purchasers, and navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying and adoption processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B Product Management.
• More than 2 years of experience leading Product Management teams.
• Passionate about coaching and developing members of the Product team.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making.
