This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the FSI product roadmap from inception to execution, encompassing discovery, prioritization, delivery, and outcome assessment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and product owners, establishing clear expectations and nurturing a culture focused on accountability and customer satisfaction.
• Drive the annual and quarterly product planning processes, which include roadmap evaluations, prioritization frameworks, OKR establishment, and release scheduling.
• Articulate and convey a product strategy that aligns with FSI’s corporate vision, competitive stance, and go-to-market goals.
• Convert customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis into well-defined product investments that have measurable results.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to ensure that roadmap initiatives are accurately scoped, sequenced, estimated, and delivered on time.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on deal support, customer escalations, and retention initiatives that necessitate product engagement.
• Serve as the representative of the product organization in executive leadership meetings, board-level presentations, and cross-functional discussions.
• Establish and continuously enhance product development processes, tools, and documentation standards across the team.
• Define and track product KPIs; leverage data to guide prioritization choices and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing product managers or product owners.
• Proven track record of owning a product roadmap for a B2B SaaS offering catering to multiple customer segments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product planning frameworks (such as OKRs, opportunity trees, RICE).
• Skilled in product management and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Aha!, or similar platforms).
• Experience in CMMS, EAM, facilities management, healthcare operations, or enterprise workflow software is advantageous.
