This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap across all areas, balancing immediate delivery with long-term vision and ensuring clear connections to revenue and retention objectives.
• Guide, mentor, and develop the PM team by establishing strong product practices, execution standards, and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with the CTO and founders to align product strategy with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Work closely with the Engineering team to define specifications, evaluate scope trade-offs, and guarantee timely, high-quality product releases.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver products that resonate well and achieve high adoption rates.
• Manage discovery and research through customer interviews, competitive analysis, and market insights that directly influence roadmap decisions.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, retention, time to value, and the impact of features on pipeline and revenue.
• Conduct sprint planning and release processes with consistency and accountability.
• Over 10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including a minimum of 4 years leading a PM team.
• Demonstrated success in launching products that deliver measurable business results such as pipeline growth, retention, and expansion.
• Extensive experience with integrations, workflows, or enterprise platform products is strongly preferred.
• Strategic mindset paired with an operational approach - able to set a course while remaining involved in execution to ensure success.
• Ability to illustrate product thinking through concrete examples, past decisions, and tangible trade-offs.
• Make product decisions based on customer evidence - engage closely with users, synthesize insights, and allow that to inform strategy.
• Technically proficient - comfortable discussing trade-offs with engineers, reading API documentation, understanding webhooks, and crafting clear, actionable requirements.
• Data-driven - capable of defining tracking events, interpreting product analytics, and utilizing data tools to measure adoption and guide roadmap priorities.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools for managing sprints and tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
