This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Intelex's inorganic growth strategy from start to finish — encompassing opportunity identification, due diligence, recommendations, and planning for post-acquisition integration.
• Establish acquisition criteria that align with Intelex's product strategy, target markets, and technological gaps, collaborating closely with the CPTO and executive leadership.
• Develop and sustain a proprietary pipeline of potential acquisition targets and strategic investment opportunities.
• Lead the product and technology due diligence process for acquisition candidates.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal teams to structure and execute transactions effectively.
• Create and manage Intelex's market intelligence and competitive intelligence functions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in product strategy, corporate development, strategy consulting, or a blend of these within enterprise SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven experience in taking ownership or playing a significant role in M&A processes, including target identification, due diligence, and integration planning.
• A successful track record in establishing and managing technology partnerships, including commercial negotiations and joint go-to-market execution.
• In-depth knowledge of the EHSQ and ESG markets is strongly preferred, with familiarity in Intelex's competitive landscape being a notable advantage.
• Experience in building or leading a market intelligence or competitive intelligence function, including managing analyst relations.
• Strategic Impact: Influence the direction of Intelex's growth beyond its organic portfolio, making decisions that will define the company's competitive stance for the next decade.
