This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for the Archon portfolio, from requirements gathering to development, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Convert mission objectives and customer needs into prioritized product strategies, technical specifications, and roadmap initiatives.
• Lead and nurture a team of approximately 30 individuals, including managers, through setting goals, managing performance, providing coaching, and planning for succession.
• Set priorities, establish operational rhythms, and ensure accountability for effective execution and responsiveness to mission demands.
• Offer senior leadership across engineering, cybersecurity, manufacturing, programs, and partner organizations.
• Direct the technical approach for CSfC architectures, IPsec, firewall design, enclave segregation, endpoint security, and multi-enclave integration.
• Ensure alignment with NSA CSfC requirements and compliance expectations; assist with RMF, ATO, STIG, and CCI activities.
• Collaborate with customers and operational users to validate requirements and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Represent the product line in presentations, partner interactions, and industry events.
• Integrate OEM, COTS, and third-party technologies into secure solutions while managing strategic partner relationships.
• Deliver executive-level updates on roadmap progress, risks, trade-offs, and the rationale behind investments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
• More than 12 years of experience in secure communications, tactical networking, cybersecurity, mission systems, or DoD/IC product development.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex product development in secure, regulated, or mission-critical settings.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large, cross-functional technical teams of a similar scope.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NSA CSfC, NIAP, RMF, ATO, and related accreditation frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of IPsec, firewall architecture, enclave segregation, secure networking, and device hardening techniques.
• Familiarity with OEM infrastructure and networking technologies, including Dell, Cisco, SonicWall, VMware, and Aruba.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, including interactions with senior government officials and corporate executives.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
