This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• In the role of Director of Pricing & Revenue Management, you will serve as the chief architect of our worldwide value exchange.
• You will transform intricate data into straightforward pricing and promotional strategies.
• Your responsibilities will include tackling complex issues, crafting clear narratives, and propelling strategic initiatives across both regional and global teams.
• Leading Price Transformations: You will analyze market dynamics, model various scenarios, and recommend as well as implement omni-channel pricing changes.
• Shaping Long-term Strategy: You will create enduring pricing principles that contribute to our five-year strategic plan.
• Promotional Analysis: You will conduct a thorough evaluation of our last six promotions, providing clear insights and converting findings into actionable recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
• Testing & Learning: You will brainstorm innovative ways to enhance our promotional program and initiate a test-and-learn plan for promotions.
• Retail Expansion: You will collaborate with regional retail teams and fellow Commercial Strategy directors to prepare SKU and range proposals for new retailer entries.
• You possess a talent for constructing thoughtful models and enjoy delving into the reasoning behind the data.
• You excel at translating that analysis into clear, compelling narratives and enduring commercial strategies.
• You have advanced proficiency in business analytics tools.
• You are skilled in financial modeling, including incrementality, ROI, manufacturing and logistics costs, price elasticity, unit economics, and volumetrics.
• You are capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects across various regions while maintaining focus on the long-term strategic vision.
• You prioritize building strong relationships throughout the organization, acting as a trusted advisor and supportive resource for leaders as they navigate complex challenges.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of an omni-channel, multi-market organization and can optimize pricing and pricing structures across different channels.
