Director of Portfolio Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of large-scale, cross-functional programs.

• Supervise a team of around 10 direct reports.

• Promote the adoption of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and practices for agile transformation.

• Ensure operational excellence and timely delivery of projects.

• Align initiatives with strategic business goals.

• Cultivate relationships with senior business stakeholders.

• Guarantee adherence to IT Governance and budgetary compliance at the Business Unit level.

• Identify opportunities for new business development and efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in Information Technology.

• 3-5 years of Management or Leadership experience.

• Proficient in Agile Methodology and SCRUM.

• Familiarity with the SAFe Framework.

• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (Product Development).

• Fluent in English.

• Availability during Central Time or Pacific Time work hours.
