This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the curriculum, faculty/staff, and overall student experience across all PMHNP CDM courses.
• Direct PMHNP CDM Course Lead(s) to ensure all course objectives, faculty/student management, course iteration/redesign, and curriculum maintenance requirements are fulfilled.
• Oversee all CoreELMS operations for the PMHNP program, which include system administration, clinical site and preceptor management, evaluations, site visits, student records, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Director of FNP Clinical Education and other clinical administrators to maintain consistency in policies governing graduate nursing clinical experiences.
• Investigate and address student educational concerns requiring academic actions in conjunction with the Director of Advanced Practice and other relevant parties in accordance with University policies and procedures.
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is mandatory.
• A Graduate Nursing degree from an accredited institution is required.
• A terminal degree (DNP/PhD/EdD) in Nursing or a related field is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is necessary.
• 3 to 5 years of teaching experience is required, with online experience preferred.
• Must secure and maintain an unencumbered Massachusetts RN license.
• Must obtain and uphold an unencumbered Massachusetts APRN license for any in-person campus-based instruction.
• Creative problem-solving skills are essential.
