This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide guidance to physician candidates and clients within the academic sector.
• Identify and evaluate physician candidates by establishing a connection through phone calls and emails.
• Highlight the features of opportunities, communicate salary details, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Effectively convey opportunity-related information and address inquiries.
• Lead efforts in Physician Marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process.
• Investigate and address client concerns.
• Engage in consultation with clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer recommendations to clients to support a successful search.
• Collaborate effectively with medical schools, academic institutions, and teaching hospitals.
• Ensure consistent communication, feedback, and reporting.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience is required.
• Sales experience is essential, including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales, or Cold Calling.
• Experience in consultative sales is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• A positive attitude coupled with a strong work ethic is necessary.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
