• Take ownership of the strategy and hands-on execution for paid channels such as LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Design and implement ongoing experimentation across targeting, creative content, bidding strategies, and landing pages to enhance CTR, Conversion, and Acquisition Cost.
• Allocate and optimize budgets across various channels to maximize pipeline impact and achieve cost efficiency.
• Identify and expand new acquisition channels using structured testing methodologies.
• Manage budgeting by distributing resources across digital channels to achieve maximum ROI.
• Construct and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that link expenditures to pipeline and revenue generation.
• Ensure accurate attribution across systems in collaboration with RevOps.
• Lead continuous optimization processes to enhance conversion rates and overall paid performance.
• Convert data into concise insights and recommendations for executive-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create and enhance web experiences utilizing UI-based tools.
• Propel SEO and emerging AEO (AI Engine Optimization) strategies to boost discoverability and conversion rates.
• Align landing page strategies with paid campaigns while supporting ongoing CRO testing initiatives.
• Work together with Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams on ABM strategy and execution.
• Assist in account targeting, segmentation, and channel strategy for both 1:few and 1:many programs.
• Help lay the groundwork for future ABM platform adoption and scaling.
• Serve as a strategic partner within the Marketing team.
• Influence messaging, campaign strategy, and targeting in collaboration with the broader Marketing team.
• Contribute to wider growth initiatives while maintaining strong accountability for paid performance.
• 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR Tech.
• Highly organized, taking full ownership of budgets from start to finish, which includes tracking expenses, maintaining organized receipts, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions to finance.
• In-depth, hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, along with experience in additional or emerging channels (e.g., Reddit, YouTube).
• Proven track record in enhancing paid efficiency metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, pipeline ROI).
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute experimentation frameworks and optimization cycles.
• Experience in building or contributing to ABM initiatives within complex B2B settings.
• Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, and contemporary web UX best practices.
• Analytical mindset capable of linking data to business results.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others without direct authority.
