This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Take charge of customer acquisition performance across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, TikTok, and additional emerging channels.
• Oversee and enhance advertising budgets valued in the millions.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing performance marketing team.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Enhance Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), conversion rates, lead quality, and overall marketing efficiency.
• Establish scalable reporting, attribution, and measurement systems.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to identify and seize growth opportunities.
• Remain updated on platform changes, advertising technologies, and industry best practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing at least $5M+ in annual paid media expenditure.
• Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and TikTok paid advertising.
• Strong comprehension of attribution, tracking, conversion measurement, and marketing analytics.
• Demonstrated ability in leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong commercial insight and understanding of acquisition economics.
• A curious mindset, intellectual rigor, and a proactive approach.
• Significant ownership over projects.
