This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the paid patient acquisition initiatives and expand the national Direct-to-Consumer presence.
• Take responsibility for the strategic distribution of digital expenditures.
• Oversee growth marketing agencies and evaluate multi-channel performance metrics.
• Direct and enhance the paid media strategy across platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Guide the growth marketing agency through weekly meetings, campaign evaluations, and creative sprints.
• Manage and increase paid acquisition budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads.
• Collaborate with agencies and freelance designers on advertising creatives, user-generated content video campaigns, and copy testing.
• Own the complete digital acquisition funnel and conduct landing-page experiments.
• Manage patient acquisition metrics including Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost (LTV/CAC) ratios.
• Implement improvements in website user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Prepare annual and quarterly marketing performance plans, budgets, and spending reviews.
• Present campaign performance data, lead volume, and CAC trends to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and executive team members.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst on attribution modeling, UTM configuration, and integration of ad-network data.
• Supervise geographic and local search strategies.
• Coordinate organic social media content, clinician highlights, and SEO blog development alongside paid acquisition campaigns.
• Over 7 years of experience in digital marketing.
• A minimum of 3 years leading paid performance marketing, specifically in paid social and paid search, at scale.
• Demonstrated success in managing significant digital budgets with accountability for CPL, CPA, and ROI.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
• Outstanding analytical abilities, including data analysis, cohort analysis, and multi-touch attribution methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing external agencies and specialized creative contractors.
• Capability to work autonomously in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
• Experience in digital health, telehealth, or regulated direct-to-consumer healthcare is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA therapy, behavioral health delivery models, or autism services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Webflow, Peec AI, and Databricks is a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Annual base salary ranging from $163,800 to $191,100.
• 10% variable compensation.
