• Develop and manage the People Ops roadmap
• Guide, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of the People Ops team
• Advance our remote-first culture through systems and programs centered on accountability, autonomy, and resilience
• Improve our performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Establish and lead a training and support program for managers
• Supervise IT systems, benefits, compliance, and help desk operations
• Act as the primary contact for organizational change and internal communications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting and Events
• 7–10 years of experience in People Ops or HR, demonstrating a successful history of developing scalable programs
• A minimum of 2–3 years in a leadership role within a People Ops team in a rapidly growing tech environment
• Extensive experience managing distributed teams and addressing the cultural and operational challenges associated with remote-first work
• A data-informed approach to decision-making regarding personnel
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex policy changes or compensation redesigns in a clear and approachable manner
• In-depth knowledge of contemporary HR technology, including Lattice, Rippling, Slack, Notion, Asana, and Google Workspace
