This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the CFO and the Operations Team to establish HR priorities, convert strategy into actionable steps, and track progress.
• Evaluate and enhance HR processes, documentation, and workflows to develop a unified operating model.
• Offer guidance, structure, and support to the HR Manager while enhancing team capabilities.
• Advocate for our values across all people programs and communications.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of future HRIS or pertinent HR software.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment in the US alongside the HR Manager.
• Revise and improve our recruiting playbook to ensure scalability and identify long-term resourcing once established.
• Refine or redesign the performance management cycle.
• Assess the effectiveness of our current compensation leveling system and suggest enhancements.
• Develop a comprehensive learning and development framework focused on employee empowerment, skill enhancement, and leadership preparedness.
• Enhance and standardize the entire employee lifecycle, beginning with onboarding and extending through ongoing engagement and development pathways to offboarding.
• Practical HR leadership experience in a growing SaaS or technology environment (50–250 employees).
• Possess grit, resilience, and a curious problem-solver mentality — viewing ambiguity as a challenge to tackle, rather than an obstacle.
• Balance strategic thought with practical execution.
• Lead with humility, sound judgment, and a proactive approach.
