This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement the partner and alliances operational model, integrating AI-driven insights, automation, and scalable decision-making frameworks.

• Convert business objectives into scalable initiatives, KPIs, and predictive performance models.

• Act as the central link among teams, ensuring alignment and execution through shared data, insights, and AI-powered workflows.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives, including co-selling and joint go-to-market strategies, utilizing automation to enhance speed and consistency.

• Drive results through data storytelling, analytics, and intelligent insights.

• Assist in partner-driven demand generation and customer success alignment through data-supported segmentation and performance enhancement.

• Develop and oversee partner pipeline and forecasting frameworks that incorporate predictive analytics and trend analysis.

• Supply data for business review cycles (QBRs/MBRs) by utilizing automated reporting and performance insights.

• Provide performance insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and AI-powered insights to facilitate quicker and more informed decisions.

• Assess and adopt modern tools (e.g., Salesforce, BI platforms, AI copilots, automation solutions) to improve partner operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in partner operations, alliance management, or a comparable role.

• Proven experience in a rapidly growing SaaS, cloud, or AI setting.

• Proficiency in developing AI-based dashboard reporting and data analysis tools, with strong analytical skills and dashboarding expertise (Salesforce, Excel, BI tools).

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across various stakeholders.

• Experience in creating operational frameworks, governance, and scalable processes.

• Exceptional communication, project management, and prioritization abilities.
