• Manage the Meta Ad Account.

• Increase daily Meta spending to over $100K on a single brand while maintaining the target ncROAS.
• Achieve target ncROAS and boost total ad spending quarter over quarter.
• Lead the creative strategist team and editing staff, establishing output SLAs for each role.
• You have directly managed Meta spending of over $50K per day on a single brand as part of your job.
• You have successfully scaled spending from $10K a day to $50K a day and understand the challenges at each level.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of the current Meta platform, including Advantage Plus, campaign consolidation, budget optimization, and audience strategy.
• You recognize that CAC should not be treated as a constraint, but rather as an output that can be increased.
• You have experience managing creative strategists and editors, and know how to operate a creative pipeline that delivers volume without sacrificing quality.
• Performance bonuses are primarily linked to ncROAS, ncCAC, total ad spending, and revenue growth.
• Equity participation offers an opportunity to invest at a favorable valuation below the internal mark.
• Direct reporting line to the CEO, eliminating matrix organizations, dotted lines, and committees.
