This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the daily management of Meta Ads accounts, encompassing Facebook and Instagram.
• Create, launch, oversee, and enhance paid social campaigns.
• Track budget pacing, bidding techniques, and campaign results.
• Handle learning-phase optimization and implement data-driven changes.
• Execute audience strategies utilizing Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and exclusions.
• Oversee TikTok Ads campaigns if included in the scope of work.
• Compose ad copy and campaign messaging, subject to final approval from leadership on new positioning.
• Perform ongoing competitive analysis using the Meta Ad Library.
• Collaborate with creative and client teams to enhance ad performance.
• Ensure daily availability on Slack during Australian business hours.
• Lead written communication with the client team on Meta-specific matters, such as performance inquiries, creative requests, and account modifications.
• Participate in weekly client calls and spearhead the Meta section of the agenda.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• At least 2 years managing advertising accounts with a monthly budget exceeding $200,000 USD.
• Proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
• Experience with apparel or fashion brands is highly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, Catalog Sales, Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), Pixel implementation, and Conversion API (CAPI).
• Strong comprehension of iOS 14+ attribution, modeled conversions, and contemporary Meta measurement.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work full-time during Australian business hours (AEST).
• A true director-level mindset, capable of taking ownership of the Meta channel and functioning independently.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with experience in leading meetings, presenting outcomes, and establishing trusted client relationships.
• Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous optimization.
