This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Development and implementation of paid acquisition strategies along with execution within Google and Meta platforms.
• Management of new-customer CAC, blended CAC, CAC payback, LTV-to-CAC ratios, and subscription attach rates.
• Establishment of testing frameworks including incrementality, holdouts, geo tests, and creative experimentation.
• Oversight of channel mix, budget distribution, and weekly performance reporting to the CMO and CEO.
• Maintenance of agency relationships following the reconstruction of foundational strategies.
• Collaboration across various functions including brand, creative, lifecycle, retention, and finance teams.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in paid media, with a minimum of 4 years at digitally native DTC brands.
• Proven track record of managing paid budgets exceeding $4M annually, preferably within subscription or supplement sectors.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads Manager.
• History of executing incrementality tests, including geo holdouts, conversion lifts, and PSA baselines.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, GA4, customer match, server-side tracking, and contemporary attribution methods.
• Experience in transitioning paid programs between in-house and agency models.
