This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume complete responsibility for Launch Potato's video division, beginning with YouTube and progressively branching out to other video-centric platforms.
• Merge practical campaign management with overarching strategy, overseeing execution, P&L, pacing, reporting, growth objectives, creative experimentation, and operational rhythm.
• Grow campaigns independently while developing the systems and playbooks necessary for the channel to exceed conventional limits.
• Adjust buying strategies and messaging according to audience, product, and funnel stage across different insurance sectors.
• Over 8 years of experience managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
• More than 3 years of experience in managing and scaling YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and/or other video-first portfolios with annual budgets exceeding $20M.
• Proven track record of scaling performance video within at least one significant lead generation niche: affiliate, call-based, insurance, financial services, health, or marketplace.
• Demonstrated success in profitably expanding brands across video performance platforms, with extensive hands-on knowledge of YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
• Solid understanding of monetization dynamics, advertiser quality metrics, funnel optimization, and profitably scaling traffic within variable-payout partner ecosystems.
• Skilled in BI tools (Looker, Google Analytics) as well as advanced Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, regression, correlation, performance modeling).
