This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon, +4 more states.
• Develop and manage the client acquisition strategy for Amazon brands through outbound outreach, partnerships, referrals, and other proven channels.
• Evaluate acquisition channels, assess their effectiveness, and eliminate those that do not yield results.
• Take ownership of the pipeline from initial contact to signed client agreement.
• Create the company's operational framework, encompassing workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), dashboards, and transitions.
• Construct and deploy AI-driven automation solutions while encouraging team engagement.
• Choose and implement the technological infrastructure for the business.
• Experiment with various marketing channels and formats, while managing vendors and freelancers.
• Define, allocate resources for, launch, and analyze marketing campaigns.
• Enhance the visibility of both the company and the CEO across key Amazon audience channels.
• Establish repeatable content creation and distribution systems.
• Review systems, tools, vendors, and workflows; identify obstacles and propose solutions.
• Document the client acquisition process and essential operations.
• Independently manage four operational areas, thereby lessening the CEO's execution responsibilities.
• Extensive operations experience in developing workflows, processes, automations, and sustainable systems.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI, including the creation of agents, automations, and workflows that effectively contribute to business operations.
• Background in digital marketing or agency environments.
• Experience in a growing service-oriented business with a strong understanding of revenue generation.
• Strategic and autonomous problem-solving skills, supported by research and sound recommendations.
• Ability to source, brief, and manage freelancers, tools, or agencies effectively.
• Experience with the Amazon marketplace or e-commerce (preferred).
• Background in client success or account management (preferred).
• Familiarity with paid media, funnels, or email sequences utilizing Meta, Google, or Klaviyo (preferred).
• Experience managing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel (preferred).
• Proven track record of building and leading a small team or contractor network (preferred).
• Flexible working hours.
• Occasional weekend availability.
