This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Complete oversight of the Meta advertising account structure, health, supply, and compliance.
• Manage Meta profiles, Business Manager access, and the status of domains.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent account bans while ensuring system stability.
• Develop offer details and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with media buyers to strategize launch processes.
• Supervise the support team’s account setup activities.
• Configure offers in RedTrack and set up pixels in Everflow.
• Review creatives for compliance and guarantee flawless execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct weekly team meetings and individual performance reviews with media buyers.
• Manage discussions around performance improvements and recommend terminations when necessary.
• Recruit, onboard, and offboard support staff, media buyers, and creative team members.
• Oversee the creative workflow and production cadence to achieve targets.
• Manage the profit-share compensation model, suggest adjustments, and resolve any disputes.
• Develop and enhance company infrastructure, SOPs, playbooks, and processes.
• Control employee access to tools, software, and accounts.
• Create and manage tasks in ClickUp, including appointments and calendars.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist executives with strategic and operational projects.
• Support hiring efforts and application evaluations.
• Utilize AI tools to boost productivity and automate processes.
• Analyze EPC versus CPC arbitrage and communicate findings.
• Reconcile expenditures across media buyer reports, tracking software, and bank statements.
• Monitor P&L health for each media buyer and offer.
• Over 10 years of experience in the advertising sector.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience (Senior PM, Head of Ops, Lead Media Buyer) in a performance marketing organization.
• Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads compliance, loopholes, and infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing substantial budgets ($1M+/month).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, RedTrack, Everflow, Voluum, Dolphin{anty}, ClickUp, and QuickBooks.
• Clearly defined path to the COO position within a rapidly expanding performance marketing company.
