This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and oversee a team of Account Executives tasked with acquiring new home health and hospice providers.

• Take ownership of team performance in relation to new business revenue objectives through effective pipeline management, forecasting, and deal analysis.

• Develop and enhance sales processes, messaging, and best practices for selling SaaS solutions to home health and hospice providers.

• Provide hands-on coaching throughout the stages of discovery, qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and negotiation.

• Assist Account Executives with complex or strategic deals, including engaging in executive-level discussions when necessary.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to ensure alignment on ideal customer profile (ICP), positioning, and market insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.

• At least 3 years in a leadership role within sales.

• Proven track record of managing Account Executives focused on acquiring new business in healthcare provider organizations.

• Strong grasp of provider workflows, purchasing processes, and budget cycles.

• Demonstrated success in coaching teams through intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

• Proficient in pipeline inspection, forecasting, and performance management.

• Excellent executive presence, communication skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
