This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Accountable for driving revenue expansion by formulating and executing sales strategies aimed at attracting corporate clients.
• Cultivate robust relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving hotel revenue objectives.
• Create and implement sales plans to boost occupancy and revenue through corporate bookings, group sales, and special events.
• Oversee existing accounts and ensure effective solicitation within the designated market.
• Achieve personal booking targets and monitor compliance with production standards.
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations to negotiate profitable sales.
• Organize familiarization trips and site visits to foster new business and showcase the unique offerings of the Resort.
• Pursue new business opportunities by strategically expanding the account base; identify and develop new markets; devise and implement innovative plans.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies as needed.
• Discover new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into bookings through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
• Engage in trade shows and community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Attend key business networking events.

• Capability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong skills in relationship building and communication, with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in various key sales areas as required.
• Optimistic self-starter with a strong sense of drive, motivation, and initiative.
• Proficiency in the use and functionality of Delphi is preferred.
