This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Lead the National Programs department at ESF.
• Facilitate internal alignment and enhance efficiency of programmatic initiatives across various states and sectors.
• Report directly to the Chief Program Officer.
• Manage up to three positions within the National Programs department.
• Oversee the creation and execution of cross-programmatic initiatives.
• Identify and foster relationships with key external partners.
• Develop strategic narrative change campaigns alongside other communication deliverables.
• Ensure effective communication within and across departments.
• Administer National Programs/NEETC grant and contract budgets.
• Directly supervise the daily management of assigned staff.
• Between seven to ten years of program leadership experience with progressive responsibility in workforce development, education, or a related field.
• Preferred experience and knowledge of labor management training partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects (including grant-funded programs) involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities.
• Familiarity with working alongside stakeholders such as unions, employers, workforce development agencies, and higher education institutions.
