• Collaborate frequently with National Accounts sales leadership to evaluate pipeline health, account performance, and short-term growth opportunities.
• Complete necessary administrative reports to ensure that information is accurate, timely, and pertinent to sales management and executive review.
• Maintain continuous awareness of competitive activities, contract wins/losses, and market dynamics affecting national accounts assignments and responsibilities.
• Create and manage targeted account lists based on data analysis, field feedback, and strategic priorities, transforming insights into actionable plans and account strategies.
• Engage in regular sales leadership calls to provide guidance, recommendations, and decision-making support.
• Propel year-over-year national account revenue growth to achieve or surpass annual performance targets.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the commercial laboratory or healthcare sector.
• Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
• At least 5 years of sales experience across national ambulatory (non-acute) platforms, including urgent care centers, behavioral health organizations, virtual health networks, and wellness companies is preferred.
• Current or previous Labcorp sales experience is preferred.
• Strong grasp of diagnostics market dynamics, including test utilization drivers, reimbursement pathways, and regulatory considerations.
• Capability to translate strategy into execution, delivering long-term results that achieve or exceed established revenue growth and profitability objectives.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and consultative sales skills.
