📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and execution of our monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEAL) strategy.

• Cultivate high-performing MEAL teams within our operational countries.

• Promote data-informed decision-making throughout program implementation.

• Supervise MEAL managers across our portfolio countries.

• Ensure the MEAL function provides thorough monitoring, analysis, and organizational accountability.

• Offer strategic guidance on measurement and evidence generation to facilitate real-time decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Honours Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), or related disciplines. A Master's Degree is preferred.

• At least 10 years of experience in data-related roles, with a minimum of 5 years at a senior level, showcasing expertise in leading and executing enterprise data management initiatives.

• Proficiency in data management and familiarity with impact metrics.

• Proven experience in fostering a data-driven culture within an organization to enhance decision-making processes.

• Background in collaborating with remote or hybrid teams across various countries.

• Experience in the non-profit or social sector is a plus.
