This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of the architecture, administration, and strategic roadmap for the marketing technology stack.
• Assess, choose, and implement new tools; oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals.
• Maintain integrations among marketing, sales, and product systems.
• Establish governance for the stack, user permissions, workflow documentation, and audit processes.
• Design, construct, and enhance lead scoring models.
• Manage definitions for lead lifecycle stages and Marketing-Sales service-level agreements.
• Develop and uphold automated lead routing, alerting, and hand-off workflows.
• Monitor conversion rates by stage and source, recommending adjustments to models as needed.
• Create multi-touch attribution models and dashboards that connect marketing initiatives to pipeline, bookings, and ROI.
• Provide reporting on campaign performance, funnel velocity, and channel efficiency.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Finance on forecasting, pipeline targets, and budget-to-pipeline analysis.
• Uphold CRM and marketing automation data quality standards, focusing on deduplication, enrichment, segmentation, and field standardization.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations, managing subscription and consent preferences.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, and IT throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Recruit, develop, and manage marketing operations and/or automation specialists.
• Advocate for experimentation, testing, and ongoing process improvements.
• Over 10 years of experience in marketing operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Extensive hands-on experience with a leading marketing automation platform (Pardot is highly preferred) and CRM (Salesforce is preferred).
• Demonstrated success in building and refining lead scoring and lifecycle/routing models.
• Strong proficiency in marketing analytics and attribution, with familiarity in tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience overseeing a multi-tool martech stack, including vendor assessment and integration management.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data warehousing concepts is a plus.
• Exceptional project management abilities with a history of leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience in the education technology sector, particularly in K-12 or independent school markets, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be based in North America to facilitate integration with key stakeholders from RevOps, BizOps, and IT.
