This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide direction, leadership, and guidance both directly and indirectly within the Marketing department to support the company’s go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with business leaders throughout the organization to advance the global marketing plan.
• Work alongside leadership to create, implement, and oversee the strategic business plan, including a vision for the next 3–5 years.
• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the company’s global marketing initiatives.
• Empower, develop, and oversee marketing professionals in solution marketing, program marketing, and field marketing.
• Foster accountability regarding cross-functional business decisions and make decisions on behalf of the Marketing team when necessary.
• Participate in Marketing and cross-functional leadership teams to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Identify opportunities and initiatives based on the business needs of sales, services, and product teams.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders at various leadership levels to secure support and plan efficiently.
• Cultivate relationships and exert influence across matrixed teams and departments.
• Plan the strategic vision, organizational structure, operating policies, procedures, and management practices for operational excellence.
• Assess team effectiveness and enhance policies, procedures, and processes.
• Act as an escalation point, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
• Oversee performance and compensation for direct reports, including coaching and development initiatives.
• Mentor, develop, and coach team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Marketing-related functions, preferably within a B2B software company or SaaS environment.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for motivating a dynamic and creative team.
• Significant experience in developing and managing marketing plans and budgets.
• Strong proficiency in preparing, presenting, advocating, and defending innovative ideas in group settings with cross-functional teams.
• Extensive project management experience and the capability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally toward shared project goals.
• Ability to establish and maintain trust-based collaborative relationships and influence others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; a professional demeanor with the ability to interact with discretion and tact.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to self-direct and self-motivate both personal and team efforts to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality content without close supervision.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and work collaboratively across departments.
• Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance and ROI practices.
• Detail-oriented team player with cross-functional project leadership and robust team management skills.
• Up to 50% travel time may be required.
