This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to convert strategy into quarterly objectives, campaigns, and execution plans.
• Oversee daily marketing execution across performance marketing, lifecycle management, content creation, partnerships, product marketing, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure that all campaigns are innovative, cohesive, and align with the Yardzen brand identity.
• Direct integrated brand campaigns across social media, experiential marketing, influencer collaborations, content, and partnerships.
• Manage the marketing operating rhythm, ensuring projects remain on track and cross-functional alignment and priorities are maintained.
• Propel demand generation and conversion by refining acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
• Track the marketing funnel and enhance conversion rates, customer acquisition efficiency, and revenue generation.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor marketing metrics, campaign success, and overall business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, Revenue, and Customer Experience teams.
• Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners.
• Create scalable marketing processes, workflows, and systems.
• Advocate for testing, experimentation, and AI-driven marketing workflows.
• Mentor and support members of the marketing team.
• Minimum of 7 years of consumer marketing experience, including leading cross-functional marketing projects and managing high-impact programs.
• Experience with a DTC or consumer services company at a significant scale, preferably between $25M and $200M in revenue.
• Comprehensive marketing experience spanning performance marketing, lifecycle, content, and brand development.
• Strong background in brand building with creative agencies and campaigns across social, experiential, influencer, and other contemporary channels.
• Proven ability to execute complex marketing initiatives while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities using CAC, conversion rates, LTV, and ROI to inform business decisions and enhance performance.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in establishing processes and operating systems for efficient execution at scale.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders in Product, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated by change.
• Preferred experience managing agencies, contractors, or external partners.
• Located in the Bay Area preferred.
