This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +3 more states.
• Oversee the strategy, implementation, and effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
• Formulate and execute a detailed B2B SaaS marketing strategy that aligns with revenue objectives.
• Build and guide a high-performing marketing team across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance market visibility through thought leadership initiatives.
• Optimize customer acquisition and expand market share within the healthcare provider segments.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns and establish performance marketing frameworks.
• Develop full-funnel attribution models linking investments to revenue results.
• Manage product positioning and differentiation within a competitive healthcare IT environment.
• Cultivate a robust brand presence and thought leadership in healthcare markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or similar roles.
• Over 5 years in leadership positions or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Experience in healthcare technology, EHR, or healthcare IT is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Proven experience in aligning marketing strategies with sales revenue results.
• Knowledge of regulated markets and extended enterprise sales cycles.
• Capability to adapt to feedback and make revisions collaboratively and professionally.
• In-depth understanding of modern B2B buyer behavior, digital engagement tactics, and content consumption trends.
• Strong expertise in social media strategy, executive branding, thought leadership development, and audience engagement.
• Proven track record of linking brand-building efforts directly to pipeline generation and revenue achievements.
• Familiarity with the following tools is strongly preferred: Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cvent, SEO, and paid digital advertising (PPC) concepts and tools.
• Proven success in repositioning brands into higher-value market segments or aiding organizational growth into larger customer segments.
• Experience with AI-enabled marketing platforms, content generation tools, and advanced marketing analytics.
• Experience leading events that have measurable pipeline impact.
