This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Take charge of marketing’s role in generating pipeline, sales opportunities, and secured revenue.
• Create reliable demand generation programs that facilitate efficient pipeline growth and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
• Drive revenue through acquisition and expansion strategies involving new business, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Collaborate with Sales to enhance conversion rates, funnel velocity, and win rates.
• Manage the complete go-to-market (GTM) strategy, encompassing positioning, messaging, and product launches.
• Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs), segmentation, and personas across both SMB and Enterprise markets.
• Formulate pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies that align with growth ambitions.
• Venture into new markets and sectors through focused channel strategies.
• Design and fine-tune the entire funnel from lead capture to closed-won deals and expansion efforts.
• Establish frameworks for lead qualification and segmentation to enhance pipeline quality.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure effective transitions, attribution, and accountability.
• Implement lifecycle marketing to boost conversion rates, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Define and monitor key performance indicators including pipeline, conversion, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Develop reporting frameworks and forecasts to track pipeline contributions.
• Lead performance evaluations and continuous optimization efforts.
• Share results and insights with executive leadership and board stakeholders.
• Oversee and enhance the marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation tools, and analytics.
• Utilize data and segmentation to refine targeting and enhance campaign performance.
• Ensure data integrity and attribution accuracy in collaboration with RevOps.
• Recruit, develop, and expand a high-performing marketing team.
• Foster a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement.
• Align team priorities with business outcomes and growth objectives.
• Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least one Director-level or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record of ownership over revenue-impacting marketing strategies at the product line or business unit level.
• Experience functioning within a SaaS or combined SaaS and on-premises environment.
• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable results such as pipeline generation, revenue growth, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency.
• Experience in leading and managing marketing teams, including recruiting, developing, and scaling talent.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred time zones: CST and EST.
