This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Create and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives across digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, website optimization, webinars, events, and marketing automation.
• Generate qualified leads, enhance pipeline growth, acquire customers, and improve revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to refine lead management, boost conversion rates, and enhance campaign performance.
• Formulate and implement marketing strategies that facilitate partner recruitment, activation, engagement, and revenue increase.
• Foster partner-generated pipeline through VARs, MSPs, distributors, technology alliances, referral partners, and master agent/TSD ecosystems.
• Direct co-branded campaigns, collaborative go-to-market initiatives, partner enablement programs, MDF activities, and channel marketing efforts to enhance partner productivity and market reach.
• Manage marketing technology platforms, oversee campaign execution, attribution, reporting, and performance evaluation.
• Define, track, and report on essential marketing and pipeline metrics.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance marketing investments and optimize ROI.
• Lead public relations, analyst relations, thought leadership, media outreach, and corporate communication efforts.
• Elevate Sangoma's brand presence and market positioning across key sectors and customer demographics.
• Ensure uniform messaging and brand execution across all marketing platforms.
• Spearhead strategy and execution for trade shows, partner conferences, webinars, customer events, and industry sponsorships.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to design programs that promote customer retention, adoption, expansion, and advocacy.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing marketing team.
• Work closely with Sales, Channel Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to align go-to-market strategies and business objectives.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continual improvement.
• Over 7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including leadership roles managing marketing teams.
• Proven track record in building and executing demand generation programs that yield measurable pipeline expansion and revenue.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud communications, telecommunications, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, MSP, or similar technology sectors.
• Strong grasp of channel and partner marketing, including experience supporting VARs, MSPs, distributors, master agents, TSDs, technology alliances, referral partners, and reseller ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in developing partner marketing programs, co-branded campaigns, joint go-to-market initiatives, partner enablement strategies, and MDF programs.
• Proficiency in demand generation, digital marketing, website optimization, marketing operations, lead management, and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating performance through attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI analysis.
• Practical experience with marketing and sales technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Jira, and related marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Executive teams.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience marketing Unified Communications, Contact Center, Voice, Telecommunications, Cloud Communications, AI-driven business applications, or related technology solutions.
• Familiarity with both direct sales and channel-led go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in partner recruitment, MDF management, channel enablement, and partner-generated pipeline initiatives.
• Background in leading public relations, analyst relations, and corporate communications efforts.
• Experience managing trade shows, partner conferences, customer events, and large-scale marketing initiatives.
