This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead and manage all subsidiary logistics operations, ensuring they effectively contribute to your mission of centralizing, integrating, and executing the strategic objectives set forth by the Strategic Group.
β’ Oversee global distribution initiatives, lifecycle asset management, and the modernization of equipment.
β’ Act in a dual capacity as a Project Manager (PM) when necessary, actively supporting integration efforts that facilitate the ongoing growth, development, and deployment of our products.
β’ Manage the entire Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process, handling high-value security assistance portfolios across various global regions.
β’ Function as a key advisor on senior executive teams, offering subject matter expertise for all logistics programs, budgets, and contracts.
β’ A minimum of 10+ years of military experience focused exclusively on senior-level logistics, supply chain execution, and executive operations.
β’ Extensive applied knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and security cooperation, with a proven history of implementing complex security assistance portfolios.
β’ Profound technical knowledge of property accountability, export compliance, international shipping regulations, and lifecycle asset management.
β’ Demonstrated ability to operate with professional humility while exhibiting the autonomy and authority to guide subsidiary efforts, fulfill senior leadership directives, and collaborate with various DoD elements.
β’ Proven capability to establish access to and influence military installations, Defense AttachΓ©s, senior government officials, and international partners.
β’ Must be capable of walking, standing, and navigating large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended durations.
β’ Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs regularly.
β’ Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be necessary in designated areas or when performing specific tasks, in line with safety protocols and company policies.
β’ May need to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch during inspections, maintenance walk-throughs, or in emergency response situations.
β’ Regular exposure to facility operations, including noise, dust, temperature variations, and industrial equipment.
β’ Occasional off-hours or weekend work may be necessary for emergency facility responses or projects as required.
