This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership and lead the advancement of Kintiga’s HEOR capabilities, offering strategic, technical, commercial, and personnel leadership in Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
• Leverage extensive health economic modeling expertise while providing senior oversight across broader HEOR methodologies, including evidence synthesis, real-world evidence, outcomes research, and HTA strategy to foster capability enhancement, client interaction, and commercial growth.
• Serve as the technical authority for the team, ensuring methodological rigor, high-quality output, and clear, persuasive communication of intricate evidence to a variety of stakeholders.
• Establish modeling standards, conduct senior technical reviews, enhance quality and consistency, and develop the team’s capabilities throughout the HEOR domain.
• Direct and influence recruitment, onboarding, and career growth as the team expands.
• Advanced expertise in HE modeling, encompassing structural design, parameterization, uncertainty analysis, and validation.
• Strong skills in Excel; familiarity with R, Python, VBA, Stata, or comparable tools is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HTA processes and evidence standards across major regulatory agencies.
• Proven capability to assess and integrate clinical, epidemiological, and economic data.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and nurturing teams within a consultancy or HEOR setting.
• Strong business acumen with experience in scoping, pricing, and successfully delivering complex projects profitably.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity to simplify intricate concepts and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a practical, collaborative, and flexible leadership approach.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with global healthcare systems, pricing, and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish new procedures.
