This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the GTM Tech Stack: Oversee the architecture, configuration, and governance of all platforms outside of Salesforce (such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Fullcast, Openprise, etc.).
• Propel Salesforce Strategy: Act as the GTM business owner for CRM needs; collaborate closely with IT to prioritize the RevOps backlog and ensure Salesforce is aligned with revenue operations.
• Lead and contribute to the GTM AI Roadmap & COE: Guide GTM AI Engineers in developing custom workflows; set the standards for AI governance, UAT, and build versus buy decisions within the Center of Excellence (COE).
• Build & Prototype: Engage actively in creating and launching AI workflows, automations, and integrations—drafting requirements, prototyping in agent frameworks, and delving into API/data details as necessary.
• Govern Data Quality: Maintain system integrations, routing, and enrichment workflows to guarantee clean, reliable data across the entire stack in collaboration with the Data/BI and IT teams.
• Optimize & Consolidate Tooling: Implement a structured system intake model with defined SLAs, and strategically streamline redundant software to create a more efficient tech stack.
• Champion Team Leadership: Inspire, unblock, and foster a high-performing team (GTM AI Engineers, Business Analyst, and GTM Systems Admin).
• 7+ years of experience in GTM systems, sales operations, or revenue operations, with substantial time spent both managing systems directly and leading technical teams.
• Proven experience in managing technical individual contributors (engineers, analysts, or systems specialists) and providing significant technical guidance.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce as a business stakeholder and power user, with the capability to articulate clear requirements and assess technical trade-offs.
• Experience in managing or collaborating with an IT or technical team as the business owner of a shared system.
• Direct hands-on experience with two or more of our core stack tools: Claude, Gong, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, LeanData, Openprise, or Fullcast.
• Technical fluency to effectively direct AI engineers (with a solid understanding of CRM data models, enrichment architecture, API integrations, and custom builds versus integration platforms).
• Proven track record of implementing AI or automation in a GTM context, delivering workflows that revenue teams find valuable.
• Strong data orientation with a grasp of data design, reliability, and governance standards.
