B2B GTM, Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete B2B and SMB go-to-market strategy: identifying our target audience, determining our outreach methods, and securing wins.

• Ensure the right individuals are engaged through outbound efforts, strategic partnerships, and educational initiatives (EO and YPO, workshops, stages). Matt focuses on closing; the challenge lies in access.

• Leverage Matt's personal brand and speaking opportunities to create "How to AI for business owners".

• Develop positioning and messaging for the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) that positions YouAI as the clear choice.

• Design the entire go-to-market approach as AI-driven and agentic systems, eliminating manual tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A B2B go-to-market professional capable of engaging with hard-to-reach buyers. If direct access to the CEO is not feasible, you connect with their assistant to secure a meeting. You are passionate about sales, people, and funnels.

• Experience in SMB B2B environments with contracts of 24k EUR or more, understanding the full buyer journey. You are sales-savvy, not merely brand-focused.

• A strategic architect: you prefer developing playbooks over presentations. You make informed bets, prioritize effectively, and follow through on commitments.

• An AI-savvy individual. You cultivate an agentic team around you, enabling one operator to perform at the level of an entire team.

• A direct-response branding instinct, comfortable with ghostwriting and representing yourself as the founder.

• A complement to a visionary CEO, providing focus, structure, and execution.
