This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the execution of GTM transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate and assist a portfolio of strategic workstreams, which includes GTM Strategy & Positioning, Account Growth Model, Seller Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Demand Generation.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate closely with workstream leaders across sales, marketing, alliances, account management, and delivery to meet program milestones and outcomes.
• Manage strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Oversee specific projects that fall within larger workstreams.
• Establish an operating rhythm.
• Conduct regular program reviews, status tracking, and provide executive updates.
• Support integration and commercialization efforts.
• Assist in coordinating the onboarding and adoption of tools, processes, and programs across various teams.
• 5–10 years of experience in GTM strategy, consulting, business transformation, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
• Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders to drive alignment and achieve outcomes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communicator, both in writing and verbally.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong focus on results.
• Preferred: Experience in technology or service-oriented environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with sales, marketing, or revenue operations functions.
• Preferred: Experience working with external consulting partners.
• Preferred: Background functioning as a Chief of Staff.
