This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as a strategic consultant for the SVP of Revenue, VP of Marketing, and the GTM leadership team.
• Develop analytical frameworks that guide leadership in investment decisions, optimization, and scaling opportunities.
• Collaborate on key business choices such as territory design and market coverage, capacity and organizational structure, market segmentation & account strategy, pricing & packaging strategy, product launch readiness, expansion & monetization strategy, annual planning, and investment decisions.
• Oversee the operational rhythm of the business, focusing on forecast accuracy, pipeline health, conversion analysis, QBRs, board and executive reporting, performance analysis, and identifying leading indicators.
• Contribute to shaping the evolution of Tekmetric's GTM organization over the next 2-3 years.
• Lead the GTM AI strategy for Tekmetric. Spot opportunities to enhance seller productivity, improve forecasting accuracy, automate operational workflows, expedite decision-making, boost customer and prospect engagement, and minimize manual reporting and analysis.
• Manage the GTM data ecosystem and technology strategy, ensuring our systems provide a competitive advantage rather than an operational burden.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in total;
• More than 5 years in a leadership role.
• Exceptional Strategic & Analytical Skills. You have spent significant time in environments with high analytical expectations—such as investment banking, MBB or similar consulting, private equity, growth equity, or a top-tier corporate strategy program.
• Builder Mentality. You have experience in building something significant—whether founding a company, being an early-stage operator, managing a P&L, or serving as Chief of Staff involved in the complexities of scaling.
• Proven People Leadership. You have successfully led and nurtured experienced teams—not only building from the ground up but also stepping into established groups with seasoned talent and earning their trust.
• Experience in GTM Operations. You are currently engaged with the revenue engine—working in Strategic Finance alongside GTM, BizOps, Strategy & Operations, RevOps in a high-performing SaaS company, or serving as CoS to a CRO/CEO.
• Fluency in AI. You can clearly articulate how AI and agentic tools are transforming GTM operations and have a viewpoint on how Tekmetric should adapt accordingly.
• Executive Presence. You are capable of building and leading a multi-disciplinary team (analytics, systems, ops) while partnering effectively with a CFO and a Head of Revenue.
