• The Director of GTM, Partnerships is a mid to senior-level position integral to Power Digital's Partnerships team, tasked with converting the partner ecosystem (Tech, PE, and Advisors) into quantifiable commercial success.
• This individual is responsible for overseeing the complete commercial lifecycle of our partner go-to-market strategy.
• This role is highly cross-functional and enterprise-focused, requiring a combination of relationship-building, strategic operational expertise, and financial acumen.
• You will oversee intricate fundraising initiatives, manage commercial revenue streams from concept to negotiation, and act as the liaison between partners and Power Digital's internal teams in product, sales, customer experience, and marketing.
• This position reports directly to the VP of Partnerships.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or go-to-market roles—preferably within a marketing agency, AdTech, SaaS, or consulting sector.
• Demonstrated success in owning and finalizing complex commercial agreements, including co-selling, reselling, or technology partnership frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise fundraising processes, joint business planning, or financial modeling.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the AdTech and MarTech landscape, including platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Snowflake, Klaviyo, Shopify, or comparable technologies.
• Strong analytical abilities—proficient in constructing financial models, analyzing performance metrics, and integrating market intelligence into partnership strategies.
• Exceptional executive presence and presentation capabilities; able to engage effectively with both internal leadership and senior partner stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, and customer experience teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Base salary plus commission opportunities.
