This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Transform the overarching company growth marketing strategies into practical and integrated demand generation programs across digital platforms, events, content, and partner channels.
• Manage and implement the approximately $1M marketing budget, overseeing full-time UK resources and global agency/creative contractors to enhance efficiency.
• Integrate advanced AI landscape tools and agentic functionalities into marketing processes to expedite high-volume content creation and campaign execution.
• Develop, launch, and refine highly targeted ABM initiatives designed for priority enterprise accounts to optimize the commercial pipeline.
• Foster scaled co-marketing partnerships and enhance channel visibility in collaboration with key strategic allies (Salesforce, Adobe, OpenAI, Databricks).
• Ensure meticulous real-time enablement and monitoring of campaign metrics, with a strong emphasis on lead-to-cash conversion rates and marketing-sourced pipeline.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing leadership, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Previous experience in a service-oriented business or a dynamic marketing agency setting.
• Strong practical proficiency with contemporary marketing technologies and a thorough understanding of the AI tool landscape (notably Claude or similar LLMs).
• In-depth knowledge of emerging attention trends and experience utilizing unconventional B2B channels (such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, AI Search).
• Proven history of implementing successful co-marketing strategies or collaborating within major tech partner ecosystems.
