This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.
• Take ownership of the growth marketing strategy, encompassing goals, channel mix, budget distribution, and success metrics for demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with pipeline and revenue objectives, in collaboration with Sales and RevOps.
• Promote a culture centered on testing, learning, and continuous enhancement across all campaigns.
• Report on marketing performance to leadership, establishing a clear link to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team specializing in paid media, email, events, and digital marketing.
• Cultivate a high-accountability, high-support environment with defined expectations and effective execution.
• Supervise content strategy, website performance, SEO, and the visibility of emerging AI search technologies.
• Manage the event marketing strategy for webinars, conferences, summits, and field events.
• Drive attendee acquisition and post-event engagement through well-coordinated multichannel campaigns.
• Assess event effectiveness through metrics such as registrations, attendance, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
• Direct the paid media strategy across search, social, and other digital platforms.
• Own the reporting for essential growth metrics, including leads, pipeline, acquisition costs, and channel efficiency.
• Collaborate with RevOps to ensure precise attribution and clear measurement of marketing's impact on revenue.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing with direct responsibility for demand generation programs and measurable pipeline results.
• 3–5 years of experience leading marketing teams, including hiring, coaching, and prioritizing tasks.
• Proven track record of successfully executing integrated campaigns across email, events, paid media, and digital channels.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including funnel metrics, attribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and performance reporting.
• Experience managing paid media strategies and budgets across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Demonstrated success in executing virtual and in-person event marketing programs with measurable impacts on pipeline.
