This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Oversee the daily operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring stability, performance, and accuracy.
• Convert the company's ecommerce strategy into actionable roadmaps and operational plans.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on forecasting and budgeting, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and contribution margin.
• Identify and prioritize initiatives aimed at revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure operational excellence within the Magento and Adobe Commerce platforms.
• Work alongside Engineering to enhance platform scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for site enhancements, integrations, and backend improvements.
• Lead initiatives for platform enhancements, system integrations, and performance optimization.
• Assess and support the implementation of new ecommerce tools and systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing on the onsite experience, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Partner with Operations and Finance for inventory planning, fulfillment, margins, and financial forecasting.
• Support initiatives related to consumer financing and payment experiences across Snap Finance products.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing ecommerce team.
• Set goals, establish accountability, and create development plans.
• Promote internal collaboration and cultivate a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• 8+ years of experience in ecommerce with responsibilities in people leadership.
• Proven track record of driving revenue performance in a direct-to-consumer ecommerce setting.
• Familiarity with Magento, Adobe Commerce, and other common ecommerce tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise ecommerce architecture, integrations, and system workflows.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on platform operations and enhancements.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort in interpreting performance data.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
• Ability to effectively communicate performance and operational updates to executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
• Capability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience in consumer finance, complex payment ecosystems, or highly regulated environments is advantageous.
• Experience in scaling ecommerce growth across multiple properties and customer segments is a plus.
