• Formulate and implement the company's growth strategy encompassing marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and branding.
• Leverage customer insights, market research, and performance metrics to uncover new growth avenues.
• Create marketing systems and campaigns that yield quantifiable business outcomes.
• Enhance our brand and guarantee consistent, high-quality communication with customers.
• Advocate for the integration of AI and cutting-edge technology to boost marketing effectiveness and deepen customer understanding.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team while collaborating with leaders across the organization.
• Over 8 years of experience in growth, marketing, brand management, customer strategy, or related leadership positions.
• A demonstrated history of achieving business growth, rather than merely marketing activities.
• Proven experience in leading teams and influencing cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills complemented by exceptional communication abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing data, customer insights, and experimentation to inform decision-making.
• Bonus Points: Experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, SaaS, or service-oriented sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, customer analytics, AI, marketing automation, or loyalty initiatives.
• Experience collaborating directly with founders or executive leadership teams.
