Director of Government Solutions, GTM & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the key driver for growth and operational excellence within the public sector business.

• Function as a strategic consultant for public sector clients.

• Connect the complexities of digital asset infrastructure with the needs of law enforcement, national security, and regulatory agencies.

• Oversee client delivery and ensure operational excellence in go-to-market strategies while representing the brand.

• Work independently, influence cross-functional teams, and thrive in high-performance, uncertain environments.

• Guide solution design in collaboration with Legal, Product, Engineering, and other departments.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Government Solutions to foster strategic public sector relationships and drive market expansion initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the crypto or digital assets sector, with knowledge of institutional-grade custody solutions.

• Experience in Program Management with a U.S. federal agency that has initiated a digital asset program.

• Proven history of collaborating with government, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies to implement digital asset strategies, policies, and operations.

• Willingness to travel for onsite support to high-priority clients concerning their digital asset functional needs.

• Proficient in leading, drafting, and submitting responses to government RFP/RFI requests.

• Strong performance orientation, capable of working independently, managing ambiguity, and delivering reliable results.
