This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy over several years.
• Serve as a strategic consultant to regional HR executives.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team.
• Manage the global benefits budget and engage in negotiations with brokers and insurance providers.
• Propel the advancement of benefits technology systems and wellness initiatives.
• Over 10 years of experience in Total Rewards/Benefits.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing people within a global, publicly traded company (SaaS experience is preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of global benefit regulations.
• Extensive experience with Workday or comparable enterprise HCM systems.
• Outstanding ability to influence others without direct authority.
• An annual discretionary bonus is typically provided.
• Restricted Stock Units awarded upon hire.
