Director of Fraud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee our Fraud & Disputes Risk team while collaborating to implement robust fraud controls.

• Foster strong partnerships with our Fraud Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams.

• Design and develop proactive tools to outpace fraudsters.

• Engage and influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally, aligning with Monzo's values.

• Promote a positive culture within our Fraud Group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading effective risk teams, preferably in a regulated and dynamic environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of fraud regulations in the UK and EU.

• Proven track record in prioritizing and crafting innovative fraud management strategies, leveraging the latest technology for scalability and implementation.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

• Data-oriented with the capacity to self-serve and utilize technology to address challenges and seize opportunities.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
